- 1. Shona Creative acts as a middle contact between the server Hosts and myself. I will not be given access to contact the Hosts directly. Instead, Shona Creative can be contacted during technical difficulties but cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for my account.
- 2. My account will be temporarily suspended in the event of spam or hacker compromise. It is my responsibility to ensure all passwords are secure and changed regularly to maintain integrity.
- 3. I have provided an email address that is external to my hosting account. This address will only be used during technical difficulties. I will advise Shona Creative if this address changes in the future.
- 4. Management accounts will be kept secure and updated, however security breaches and performance are still vulnerable. Any account compromise will be fixed using the allocated time included in each package and further fees my apply.
