🤔 Think of the last business that you visited or purchased from where they made you feel special or intrigued in some way. Maybe it was a scent in the air, the way they packaged your purchase, the music playing, a free gift, or the process they took you through.
WHY did that stay in your memory? Is there a way you can recreate a certain memory for your own customers within your business?
